How do I
place an order?
Littlefoot onlines shopping cart system is simple to use. Once you have picked your desired products you add it to your cart with the click of a button then proceed to the checkout where we accept a range of payment options. we have endeavored to make this process as easy to use as possible, however if you encounter an issues while shopping please contact us and we will assist you.

Payment
& Shipping
When paying for your products we accept credit/debit cards and bank transfer. Once the payment has been processed we will get your order ready to send out. We use PBT to deliver all our goods, delivery time varies depending on where you are in the country but generally takes between 1-3 business days. All orders will be processed and sent on business days only.

Littlefoot online does not collect any customer information and will not use it any comercial activites. All creditcard and debit card processing goes through a highly trusted company stripe. when paying by bank transfer please include your invoice number to ensure speedy processing of your order.

Returns
& Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with the product you can always return your purchase. for defective returns we will replace or refund the product, whichever the customer prefers. Simply send back the defective product and we will cover the shipping. If you wish to return the product because you were unhappy with it we will refund you the cost but not the shipping.
In any event if your product does not arrive or there is the wrong product in your order we will happily re send the missing or wrong item at no charge.

How much does shipping cost?
Littlefoot Online shipping works by weight, the heavier your order the more it costs.
Orders weighing between 0-4.5kg is $4.20, over 4.5kg but under 9.5kg is $8.40 and orders over 9.5kg is $14 New Zealand wide.
